Even when a person is lost to all all those who love them, God knows where that person is and He cares and loves them. We can be lost too, even though we are not far away in a hostile land. Our souls can be lost. God wants to save us because He loves us. He loves us so much that He sent His only Son to earth to die for us. All we have to do is ask Jesus Christ to forgive us and to live in our hearts. From that moment on we are no longer lost.
